Yes! You can click favorite a property that you are interested in. We will notify you via email when the price or a status has changed.
Buy and Sell
What is a "cash back" I see on some properties?
On selected properties, When you make an offer through Viila and your offer get accepted, You will be receiving about 0.1% of the transaction value as a cash back when your transaction is closed.
I have a house that I want to sell. Can I contact Viila?
Yes! Please fill out your property information here. We work with selected agents in each area. You will be receiving appraisal value from multiple agents. Pick an agent that you want to work with and your home will be listed on Viila.
